The ADK Trail Inn offers clean, comfortable rooms in THREE ROOM STYLES to meet your needs:

OUR UPGRADED EFFICIENCIES -- feature a choice of queen bed or two double beds, a desk, seating area, private bath and kitchenette with dining area $105.00 (includes breakfast)

OUR UPGRADED STANDARD ROOMS -- feature nicer carpet and bedding, two double beds, desk, mini-fridge and private bath with recently upgraded shower and fixtures $95.00 (includes breakfast)

OUR STANDARD ROOMS -- feature two double beds, desk, mini-fridge and private bath $85.00 (includes breakfast)

PET FRIENDLY ROOMS -- We welcome well-behaved, non-barking, trained and vaccinated dogs in our Standard Rooms. Our Pet Fee is $10 per night (additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required)   Please note - we are pet friendly but not pet sitters! Your dog must accompany you during the day or be crated in your room. Pets MUST be mentioned at the time of reservation.

Additional Rate Information

All rates are based on single and double occupancy and do not include state or local tax. Additional guests in a room are $20 per night. Children ages 10 and under are $10 per night. (Maximum 4 people in a room)

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Should you cancel within two weeks of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded, but may be applied toward a future visit.   All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.

A two night minimum may be required on weekends.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, guests may not smoke in any of our rooms or on the porches. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any in-room smoking.

Check in is after 3:00 pm and Check out is 11:00 am. Early or late arrivals/departures are available by prior arrangement based on room availability.
